


The American Self Defense and Fitness Center offers several Martial Arts Classes that provide well rounded instruction for all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts. From Tae Kwon Do, offering lower body attacks and control; to On The Mat grappling that offers that control of ground situations of locks, submissions, and takedowns; to Boxing Classes, offering that upper body protection for fast, effective strikes and reactions. Each student has the ability to train in whichever aspect they desire most to improve themselves as Mixed Martial Artists, as well as to protect themselves in future, unfortunate encounters.
